平面碳傳感器電導(dǎo)率計
HE-960LF/FS-09F-1/2平面碳傳感器電導(dǎo)率計有效保持恒定的研磨液稀釋度。保持適當?shù)碾妼?dǎo)率值有助于保持晶圓拋光制程中的工藝穩(wěn)定性。即使是高粘度樣品液體（如 CMP 研磨液）也可以正常測量，因為其使用的傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)降低了樣品液體附著在電極上的風(fēng)險。同時，傳感器由具有良好耐化學(xué)性的接液材料制成，符合半導(dǎo)體制程的清潔度要求。此外，它還可以用于半導(dǎo)體制程開發(fā)階段的引入和特殊化學(xué)藥液的電導(dǎo)率控制。

重復(fù)性：± 0.5% F.S.，± 1.0% F.S.
無金屬污染
由于電極材料采用特殊碳制成，因此無需擔(dān)心金屬洗脫污染問題。
配備濃度換算功能
通過輸入化學(xué)藥液濃度和電導(dǎo)率之間的關(guān)系以及溫度特性，可實現(xiàn)兩種不同類型的濃度換算。
特別適用于低濃度化學(xué)品的稀釋控制。
節(jié)省空間
通過縮小傳統(tǒng)電導(dǎo)率傳感器的尺寸，提高了安裝布局的自由度。
